See ItemStage running on your real process.
Tell us about your operation. We'll set up a 30-minute walkthrough with your stages, photo requirements, and disposition categories.
Built by TetraCore inside Millers Restoration's contents operation — the workflow you'll see in the demo runs real pack-outs every day. Per-facility pricing from $299/mo, unlimited users, 30-day workflow pilot.
A working session, not a slide deck.
Most teams evaluating ItemStage are replacing spreadsheets, paper tags, or a generic ticketing tool that wasn't designed for serialized items moving across a production floor. The fastest way to know if we're a fit is to walk through your real workflow together — not a sandbox.
1. Map your stages
We start by sketching your intake, cleaning, inspection, repair, QA, and release stages. Every team's workflow is a little different, and ItemStage is configured to match — not the other way around.
2. Define photo evidence
We identify which stages require photos, how many, and what they need to show. Stage-gated capture means an item can't advance until evidence is on file — which is what makes claims and audits defensible later.
3. Walk a real item
We pick one of your actual SKUs or job types and move it through the workflow on a phone, exactly the way a technician would on the floor. You see scan-in, photo capture, attribution, and disposition end to end.
4. Review the export
Finally, we pull the chain-of-custody export that you'd hand to an adjuster, auditor, or customer — so you can judge whether the output is what your downstream stakeholders actually need.
Before you book.
A few things we get asked on almost every call. If yours isn't here, bring it to the demo or email [email protected].
How long does onboarding take?
Most operations are live on a configured workflow within one to two weeks. Configuration, label and barcode setup, and crew training happen in parallel — you don't have to pause production to roll us out.
Do we need new hardware?
No. ItemStage runs on the iOS and Android phones your crew already carries. If you want dedicated scanners or rugged devices, we'll recommend a setup that fits your environment, but it's never a requirement to start.
Can we export data to our existing systems?
Yes. Every item, photo, and stage transition is exportable as CSV or PDF, and we can push structured data to accounting, claims, and ERP systems via API. The chain-of-custody export is built specifically for adjusters and auditors who need timestamped, attributed evidence.
What if ItemStage isn't the right fit?
We'll tell you on the call. ItemStage is built for high-volume serialized item processing — if your operation is better served by a different tool, we'd rather point you to it than waste your pilot. No high-pressure sales.
Built inside a facility that processed 10,059 items in five months.
ItemStage was built by TetraCore inside Millers Restoration's working contents facility, where it runs daily production — 10,059 items processed between February and July 2026. The same workflow engine is designed for any operation with the same shape of problem: electronics refurbishment, certified pre-owned programs, returns and reverse-logistics, asset recovery. The common thread isn't an industry — it's volume, accountability, and the need to prove every item was handled correctly. If your team is processing serialized items at scale and stitching the audit trail together from spreadsheets, photo dumps, and memory, this is the conversation worth having.
Restoration contents managers
Pack-out crews, cleaning techs, and contents supervisors who need photo-backed proof for every item from intake to return — and a clean package to hand the adjuster the moment a claim is questioned.
Refurbishment & certification leads
Operations leaders running inspect, repair, grade, and QA stages on serialized inventory who need per-stage time tracking, disposition mix, and a defensible record for each unit shipped.
Returns & reverse logistics
Teams triaging high inbound volume across resell, refurbish, recycle, and scrap routes — where the disposition decision and the evidence behind it directly drive recovery value.
Operations & compliance owners
The people who get called when something goes missing, gets damaged, or a customer disputes a return. ItemStage gives you the timestamped, attributed chain of custody to answer in minutes instead of days.
What changed at the facility ItemStage was built inside.
At Millers Restoration — the contents facility where ItemStage runs in production — three concrete changes showed up (full production data in the case study). First, intake time per item dropped — the facility's median is 12 minutes with scanning, photographing, and condition capture in one mobile flow, replacing clipboards, spreadsheets, and back-of-house data entry. Second, stage skipping stopped. Because items can't advance until required photos and checklist answers are captured, the quiet shortcuts that used to surface weeks later as claim disputes simply don't happen anymore.
Third, the time spent reconstructing what happened to a specific item goes from hours of digging through camera rolls and texts to seconds — every photo, note, location, and team member is linked to the item and its stage in one timeline. Managers stop being the lookup service for adjusters and customers. The audit trail is already built, ready to export as a clean PDF and CSV package whenever it's needed.
The downstream effect is the part teams don't expect: less defensive paperwork, faster claim resolution, fewer write-offs from items that "went missing" but were really just untracked, and crews who trust the system because it makes their job faster instead of adding overhead. That's the outcome we want to walk you through on the demo — using your workflow, your items, and your real downstream stakeholders.
